Ticket Policy – Effective August 26, 2008
- All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to attend a show.
- All sales are final. However, exchanges may be requested up to 10 days before a performance.
- We accept cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) and debit card.
- There is a five dollar handling charge for each transaction purchased by credit or debit card. This charge applies whether the purchase is made by phone or in person.
- Upon request, tickets can be mailed up to seven calendar days prior to a show. There is a two dollar charge for mailed tickets.
- Discounts are available for groups of 15 or more. Please contact the box office for information and rates.
- All reserved tickets not picked up at least five minutes before the start of the show may be resold or charged to the purchaser’s credit card.
- Seating begins approximately 30 minutes prior to each performance. Late arriving patrons may be asked to wait until they can be seated at the House Manager’s discretion.
